Crazy Cat Lady
Crazy Cat Lady, commonly referred to as CCL, is a user known for liking cats. She found OWOT from YWOT on November 19th, 2024 and was initially a spammer, though she has since gained a good reputation for being a proficient artist and scripter. Some of her scripts include a high quality image paster and a brush tool that she plans to release to the public.

okay i snagged maybe the worst world name ever but would the ppl of OWOT be interested in making a playlist together?
CCL created /owotify on April 1st, 2025 and invited users to contribute music to an unofficial OWOT playlist, with each user being able to submit a maximum of four songs. Anonymous submissions are also allowed, though CCL would only include them in the playlist if she liked the songs submitted.
On June 1st, 2025, /owotify was nominated as the 170th World of the Day. By then users were requested to DM submissions to CCL on Discord, as she was studying abroad at the time.
The playlist has 119 entries as of September 1st, 2025.
Before settling on /owotify, CCL had asked FP for ownership of /owotplaylist, which was already claimed.

The Sludge
A unicode creature drawn using CCL's spherical brush script. The Sludge takes on a variety of forms and often interacts with The Carrion, another amorphous entity that would appear at Spawn from time to time.

Image Paster
to expand more upon it, yes it uses 2x4 octants. i want to try and increase the resolution further though and yea, this one adheres to the paste rate because it copies the image to your clipboard so you can paste it yourself, so no worries there
after being on owot for a week or two, i've seen quite a few basic image pasters used (either full unicode block or half-blocks), and i've been thinking basic ones might actually be worse for the site - since the converted images are lower resolution, users will want to paste them really big so the picture is discernible..
although my paster is more advanced, i think it would be less damaging because people wouldn't feel a need to paste such large images (and the conversion process is more complicated, so creating large images will take more time)
i could potentially add a sneaky throttle to make it more annoying to produce very large pastes, but personally i'd rather give out exactly what im using because that feels more fair
anyways, i get the concern of making any image paster easily accessible, so i won't post it unless that sounds okay with everyone!!

The paster was mainly used to render photos of cats on the canvas, though on several occasions CCL also used it to post face reveals at Spawn.
CCL had planned to release the script to the community, though several users(including FP) advised her not to.

Spherical Brush Script(a.k.a. CCL Paint)
The spherical brush script, formally known as CCL Paint, is primarily a tool for making pixel art in OWOT. It also features a redesigned UI with customizable colors.
CCL had planned to release the script to the public, but was unable to do so because it was still buggy by the time she left to study abroad.
Some features of the spherical brush include:
- Brushes for octants, quadrants, full blocks and half blocks
- Scalable brush size that goes down to quadrants (for now)
- A special character placer
- Selective painting and erasing (allows you to paint/erase only the foreground or background)
- The ability to hot-swap color swatches[1]

OWOT Survey
The Our World of Text Unofficial Survey was a survey held by Crazy Cat Lady in December of 2024. Having been on OWOT for only one month, CCL wanted to learn more about OWOT and its community.
On December 12th, 2022, the survey was released on both the Discord and the Canvas.
The results were released seven days later, on December 19th.
The full, unsanitized list of responses was released on December 20th.
