OWOT News Organizations

OWOT Today was created by AndreiXYZ. It ran from August 2023 to April 2024, and operated on the OWOT Discord server.

Our World of News was created by Lemuria and can be accessed on the Wayback Machine.

The owners of the two news organizations have had an antagonistic relationship with one another, with Andrei accusing Lemuria's paper of being heavily biased.

Neither newspapers are active as of 2025, though Fern has been planning to create her own news organization named The Weekly Scroll, and has contacted several users about contributing to it.

D9eoead also made a brief attempt to launch his own OWON revival, but gave up when he found the undertaking to be too much work.

OWOT Alignment Charts

Alignment charts were a major trend in June of 2025, after Rscr posted one into the OWOT Discord and multiple other users followed. But charts of a similar purpose had been compiled as early as ~2022, by users such as AndreiXYZ and the members of /OWOTD.
