Halloween events

As part of Halloween, cell colors were enabled and the chat was temporarily enabled starting on October 30 and ending the next morning.

The center console was replaced with a pumpkin, which proceeded to rot over the course of a few days. Once it had disintegrated completely, some users expressed relief with one anonymous user stating, "i hated the pumpkin."

Following calls to keep cell colors enabled, it's being held longer to gauge how it's being handled by the community.

Some time following the enabling of cell colors, the spawn was filled with nice looking art which utilized background cell colors. It was later followed with chaotic spam, which was referred to by FP as the opening of the floodgates:

The world /tree_of_plants has been extended throughout the week.
