Yvelluap (/jɪˈvɛləp/, [jʏ̜ˈvɛ̞ɫᵊp̚], "develop" with a y) is a system of OWOT users who joined the site in 2024. They remain obscure by choice, but they are semi-active users of their world, /yvelluap.
They have specifically chosen to not make themselves a normal wiki article and keep all their information within this user page.
Description
- As of September 25th, 2025, Yvelluap is a system of 31 people. All of them are transgender or non-binary and as such they shun hatred directed to the LGBTQ community.
- They are an endogenic system. Endogenic systems often face backlash from traumagenic systems because of their supposed invalidity. They have made it clear that they oppose endomisia.
- They are polyamorous.
- They are tokiponists, as in, they are part of the Toki Pona language community. They own an unmanaged Toki Pona world in OWOT, /janLewi.
- They are avid music fans and aspiring musicians. Their favorite musician is Jacob Collier, with Kendrick Lamar as a close second. This is reflected in some of their writing, as they may reference them frequently.
- While they are clearly progressive, their specific political stance is not stated in their recent writing.
- They are white but they are strictly anti-racist. Therefore, they have vowed to never say or type the N-word.
- They are cringe culture abolitionists and encourage self-expression. They are also supportive of furries. In fact, the fifth member in their system, Zephyr, is a furry themself.
- They express doubt over whether they are neurodivergent. They have also said that they don't want to self-diagnose because they do not think their judgement could be accurate enough.
- They enjoy phonology and music theory, and study them as hobbies. This is reflected in their worlds, particularly /yvelluap.
- They do not use the global chat.

Art
Yvelluap hasn't made much art in OWOT. They have made a few phonetic tables in her world (/yvelluap), including the full International Phonetic Alphabet chart in /main. They have also recreated a bit of sheet music from "Home Is" by Jacob Collier, which can also be seen in /main.
Relationships
As previously stated, Yvelluap choose to remain obscure, but they have formed a few relationships. The strongest ones they have formed were with ZXombie, with whom they still talk to this day; and with the now inactive JRT.
Fun facts
- Yvelluap used to know 500 digits of pi, but now that number has decreased to 192. They don't care about tau.
- They represent themselves with their persona, Alter. Alter dates back to around 2017. From May 8th, 2025, a specific version of Alter, known as "the idiot", integrated itself into the system and became the 11th member.
- They run a separate daily comment series under a YouTube channel's daily videos. They have never stated where they posts these within their OWOT worlds.
- Their favorite games are Celeste and Geometry Dash. Their greatest achievement was the creation of their map "TXCHLXSS".
- Their favorite song is "You And I" by Jacob Collier.
- Their OWOT color, #c2175b, was taken from the profile picture of one of their YouTube accounts. They use this color and italicized text to identify themselves.
- They have an active Bluesky account.
- They enjoy odd-metered music, particularly that of Nate Smith.
- Their favorite animal is the sea jelly, to which they gave the nickname "jellyfriend". However, Vi, the first member of the system, keeps expressing that her favorite animal is the tree, despite that not being an animal. The others have decided to let it slide to make her happy.
- They have nicknamed her world (/yvelluap) their "Box of Stars". This is a reference to the motif in Jacob Collier's quadruple album "Djesse".
