History
Origination
Neon1246 indirectly originated from Multiplayer Piano in 2020, after of which he found Our World Of Pixels, staying there for a few months, and eventually finding Our World of Text.
Despite his migration, he wasn't active in OWOT and preferred to use Multiplayer Piano instead. Sometime in 2023 though, he went back to OWOT.
In the OWOT Discord server though, he was pretty annoying.
Scripts
Image paster
Created during The Great Color Unban of 2026, when text colors were gradually being re-enabled on the front page, one color at a time. Neon's image paster made use of whatever color palette that was available.

Bouncing balls
Octant dots that move diagonally, destroying and bouncing off of any character they come into contact with. The script is constrained to a small area (roughly 2x2 coords) at the center of the canvas. Any dots that approach this limit will bounce off of an invisible barrier.
The script was created on February 21st, 2026, and was based off of a similar script by Mr. Black.

A later update allowed users to interact with the script using comu links.
The controls were:
- ↖/↗/↙/↘: Spawn a ball from the center of the Square of Publicity; the arrows determine the ball's initial trajectory.
- Clicking any of these buttons will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link spawned a ball on TL/TR/BL/BR (now [x] balls)
- The script initially supported a limitless number of balls, but was restricted to 10 on February 22nd, 2026. Trying to spawn an 11th ball will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link tried to spawn a ball on TL/TR/BL/BR...
- Clicking any of these buttons will trigger the message:
- 🗑️: Deletes the oldest active ball.
- Clicking this button will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link deleted a ball (now [x] balls)
- Clicking it while no balls are active will trigger:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link tried to delete a ball
- Clicking this button will trigger the message:
- TPS ↑/↓: Increases/decreases the amount of movements (ticks) the balls can make in a second.
- TPS (ticks per second) is labeled in gold text to the right of the arrows.
- Clicking on these buttons will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link increased the TPS to [x]
- TPS is capped out at 20. Trying to increase it beyond that will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link tried to increase the TPS to 21...
- Similarly, trying to decrease TPS below 1 will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link tried to decrease the TPS to -1...
- Balls can('t) break full blocks: Clicking this message determines whether balls can or cannot break full block symbols ("█") when bouncing off of them.
- *Added on February 22nd, 2026.
- Clicking this text will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link made the balls break walls, signifying that balls will now delete full block characters when bouncing off of them.
- Clicking it again will trigger:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link put the balls to sleep, signifying that the balls will no longer break full blocks.
- Balls can('t) escape the SOP: Clicking this message determines whether balls pass through protected cells (i.e. the ones that make up the Center Console) or bounce off of them like they do with text.
- *Added on February 22nd, 2026.
- Clicking this text will trigger the message:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link constrained the balls to the laws of dumb physics, signifying that balls will now bounce off of protected cells.
- Clicking it again will trigger:
[Username]or "Someone" if an anon clicks the link aligned the atoms, signifying that balls can now pass through protected cells.
The UI was impeded by a significant delay for applying links. Making one input would often disable all links for a few seconds.
