/...world, or simply ...world or ellipsis world is a frontpage alternative that aims to replicate the nature of /, but with more moderation and less obscene content. It is the intended center of /...network.

Its ratelimit is 2/15ms = 133/s (formerly 1/32ms = 31.25/s).

History

/...world was created on 20th February 2024, 21:47.

It was advertised to trusted users via /tell and referred to by "ellipsis world", or simply "...world" without the slash to indicate world names, until /...network was released on October 18th 2025.

Since then, /...world was intended as the center of interaction of ...network.

Elevator system

An elevator system going down from tile y=4 was built a few months after /...world's creation, but after reaching 128 tiles, has since been relocated to /elevator_system, and the copy on /...world was unprotected. No expansions on either copy have been made since then.

Weekly World

Weekly World went on indefinite hiatus since 19th August 2025 because of a lack of nominees and other projects consuming time.

Weekly World is a World of the Day parody, aiming for one featured world per 7 days. So far, the latest a WW has been is 19 days.

A Weekly World is nominated based on lime.owot's opinion, and featured based on visible support for it and lime.owot's own opinion on it.

To make up for missed Weekly Worlds, bonus Weekly Worlds can be featured.
