/hexapedia is a upcoming world that will be a collaboration effort, started by d9eoead. It will be a huge database of hex code colors. Some of the first hex colors to be added include Eigengrau (#16161d), Prussian blue (#003153), #b00b69, and Tyrian purple (#66023c).
