Nomar, also known as Kiparisa(though it really is a misspelling of Noman, his YWOT username), is an YWOT migrant who specializes in making steampunk art out of unicodes and Symbols for Legacy Computing. His most famous creation is the No Tower on YWOT.

Outside of his art, Nomar is known for speaking in flawed grammar. His native language is believed to be Russian.
