The Catmint Curse
The Catmint curse is a phenomenon in the OWOT Discord that results in a user's nickname being set to "catmint". Fern was the first person to bear the name. She later abandoned the name, and Akatas adopted the name. In a poll on May 22, 2025, lasting 24 hours, 10 people unanimously voted for Lemuria to inherit the catmint curse, and as a result, his nickname was changed to catmint.
