A digital clock which told time in UTC appeared on YWOT on January 21st, 2026, and showed up on OWOT not too long after. Over the next few days, these clocks would run on both sites almost constantly, receiving cosmetic updates every now and then. On YWOT, the clock received backlash for lagging the site, while on OWOT people wanted it removed for taking up over half of the [[Center Console|Square of Publicity]].
