Chronic Alt Syndrome is a syndrome present in a small group of OWoTers. Symptoms include constantly creating alternate accounts usually used to troll or be relatable with the current conversation. Examples include Youssef-AlAbdullah, which was used to make salt believe someone from Saudi Arabia visited OWoT. People with Chronic Alt Syndrome include: Polonz and fernozzle.
