d9eoead also struggles with identity. When d9eoead was a child, he was exposed to the internet very early in his development. He switched between many identities and aliases and it impacted with his sense of self. This caused him to have a habit of changing his personality to fit the environment. When he first found OWOT, it was quite a toxic place, full of edgy humor and trolls. Thus, while he was still developing as a child, his personality molded to fit the environment. The toxicity of OWOT at the time was internalized, and formed what he believes to be the "default" personality. Because this hateful, toxic personality is the "default", it's the easiest one his brain can "pull off", he easily reverts and becomes more vicious, often leading to his reputation becoming more damaged. | |||

This unconscious need to change his personality to fit the environment also led to him questioning his gender back in late August. He had been growing his hair out, leading to him becoming more androgynous in appearance. d9eoead doesn't actually care about gender and just goes with it because he can't actually assert how he truly feels; he simply changes to fit the environment. When he finally cut his hair shorter, he stopped questioning his gender or having "transfem thoughts" because he became more masculine in appearance. | |||
