The Fullscree Apartment Complex is an apartment complex located in Uppsampi. It is one of the most densely populated areas in the city, with 4 tall apartment blocks towering over the surrounding landscape.

The Fullscree Apartment Complex is comprised of 8 buildings, of which:

* 4 are residential towers

** The residential towers are arranged in a group of 4, with each side facing one another. This is done to mimick a full-screen button, which is why the apartment complex is called "Fullscree". They are built in the Soviet style of apartment towers, with bright colors to hide the bleak nature of the actual buildings. Usually there's a smaller and shorter commercial building attached to these towers.

* 3 are commercial buildings

** Bank of Sampi: The Bank of Sampi building is a small bank designed to fit the needs of the local residents, and not the city as a whole; even though it's the only bank in the entire area. It's a small single story structure with additional features for advertisements and billboards.

** Sampi Internet Cafe: The Sampi Internet Cafe has several computers for gamers and non-gamers alike. It is one of the most popular gathering spots in the town, with tons of tourists coming here each year.

** Usampisi: The Usampisi convenience store is the only source of food that the residents of Fullscree have, however it stocks plenty amounts of fresh produce.
