*Rscr went by "Credrscr" from 2020 to ~mid 2022, but eventually shortened it to Rscr on the Discord servers for both YWOT and OWOT. He is still referred to as Credrscr within the YWOT Explorers community, however, and signs using the unshortened username whenever he leaves messages around YWOT. Other YWOT Explorers have historically shortened his name to "Cred" instead of "Rscr."

**"Credrscr" originated in 2017 as Rscr's username for the browser MMO [[wikipedia:Kingdom_of_Loathing|Kingdom of Loathing]]. At the time Rscr couldn't think of a good username, so he inputted random characters until something emerged that looked vaguely pronounceable.

**Another KoL username, "Nokij," was also used by Rscr when he first began exploring YWOT in 2020. He had attempted to register an account under it, but used Credrscr instead because Nokij was taken.
