NextOS: Difference between revisions

A spam clearing script given to NextOS by [[lime.owot]] that wipes characters in a radius using rays. The raywiper has been modified (''tainted'', as Lime calls it) in such a way that lime can monitor all activity coming from it, and can prevent its use in case of wiper abuse.

The script leaves behind a strange pattern around the borders when wiping text. The untainted version that Lime uses does not create these patterns.

 

This is because the script does not emit enough rays to cover all characters in the radius, whereas Lime's version emits sufficient rays, and also rotates the rays slightly as they travel.<gallery mode="packed" heights="200" caption="">
