[https://ourworldoftext.com/Hello173/apology /Hello173/apology] was released on October 12th, 2025, and contains Hello's apology to various users from his time.<gallery mode="packed" heights="300">
On October 12, 2025, Hello published an apology for his actions on [https://ourworldoftext.com/Hello173/apology /Hello173/apology]. This world marked his first major activity since 2022, and kicked off a new wave of creations such as [https://textly-ygd6.onrender.com/ Textly].

The apology was relayed to the #questions channel of the Discord server. Reception to Hello's return was initially positive; many users, including some whom he had previously harassed, chose to forgive him; and poll was created as to whether the apology should be accepted; and a majority voted in favor of allowing him to return.

However, Andrei then posted a multi-paragraph statement where he wrote that he would "never fully forgive hanan". In the statement, he described how Hanan spammed the website with obscene threats for months, and the resulting mental and physical effects on both him and his friend group. Though he was not certain, he wrote that one of his friends may have suffered an unknown medical condition that caused white spots on their skin (correlation unknown).<!-- not calling it "a hysterical attack" because it will imply that hanan had physical access to andrei's friend -->

The statement included a screenshot of Hanan's spam, claiming that FP had verified that it was indeed from Hanan. He ended the statement by describing the apology as "performative" and "mostly motivated by a discord ban", and that "he would go back to his old ways of spamming" if he did not get what he wanted.

Andrei also included a sidenote where he strongly considered withdrawing from OWOT and the Discord completely after Hanan rejoined. <!-- Unfortunately, he didn't leave OWOT. I'm in the wrong alternative universe. -->

Hanan was banned from the server after his rejoin. In the thread where the apology was linked to, Fern agreed with much of Andrei's post; describing the way the apology was delivered as having "more red flags than the chinese embassy". FP thanked Fern for backing him up; and in a follow-up message, apologized for his inaction regarding Hanan in 2022.

Around November 26, 2025, Hanan locked down the canvas; and a spam wave may have occurred. FP remarked, "if this was his response to a simple ban, then we can extrapolate his effect on the server if he had been allowed to stay".

The world was made [[World of the Day]] in November 2025. Still angered about not being allowed to rejoin the Discord, Hello announced that he would leave OWOT once his world stops being WOTD. He also said that he would release the source for the OS.<gallery mode="packed" heights="300">
