JTPL created [https://image-to-owot.tiiny.site/file/shutdown-info image-to-owot.tiiny.site], a website which converted images into half block symbols("▀" and "▄") so that they can be pasted onto the canvas. This created an influx of image [[spam]] in late September/early October 2025, causing JTPL to shut it down on October 9th.

JTPL was the target of a "fuck jtpl" spam in September of 2025. ~~This was likely inspired by efforts to advertise /jtpl at~~ [[~~Spawn~~]].
