It was created in 2021 by TheAwesomePikachu20, who pasted the original base for the city from the Y:100 settlement on [[Your World of Text]]. Since then, countless users have added their own art to the city, making it an important part of the site's culture.


Pika City is a city located at X: 0,Y: 92. It was found by [[theawesomepikachu20]] in December 2019.
Pika City is located at X: 0, Y: 92 and is neighbored by [[100 City]] to the north, [[Plotsville]] to the south, and scattered writings and art to the west and east. It is divided into 14×8 character plots, with deviations for larger buildings, with almost no roads splitting up the squares.


Some of the places in Pika City include a town hall, garden, Iotawop's home, the pika mall, a bank, and lots of houses.
Some landmarks in the city include an airport, a large restaurant by [[ShrekTheWise]], a university that was given [[World of the Day]], and a large, detailed airplane.


Outside of Pika City there are a few random things people have made to the west, and 100 City to the north.
The city is regularly targetted by griefers and [[Spam|spammers]]. See [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rE2uMTNwzJE&t=173s here] for footage of [[FP]] restoring Pika City using the [[Moderation#Time Machine|time machine]] feature.


It was griefed a lot by guest users and [[memesscience]] in June of 2021.
