On December 25th, 2025, [[Banksy]] began working on an animated version of The Carrion, which was finished on January 7th, 2026.

The finished product ~~will (likely) be~~ a ~~pulsating mass that can be controlled around the canvas~~. ~~Several components of it have been created so far, such as the animation for a tendril lash that can be aimed to destroy~~ text~~, and several physics simulations that expand in organic patterns towards where the user clicks~~.

The finished product was a small, dark red blob whose movement Banksy could direct using his cursor. It would automatically attack nearby text using its tendrils.
