The Sun District (Portuguese: Distrito de Sol) is a district of Uppsampi by Y: 419, located at the northern edge of the city. It neighbours the industrial area and the Fullscree Apartment Complex. It’s the only district that has buildings on the left side of the Northern Highway. Unlike other districts, the majority of the population speaks Portuguese.

Mixed use and residential developments comprise the bulk portion of the district. Most buildings are 1-2 stories, which make the district predominantly low-rise. What distinguishes it from other areas of Uppsampi is its very high density. Narrow houses are built right next to each other, and the only open spaces are the cramped alleys at the back of each property.

Small businesses are scattered throughout the district, being the lifeline of this area’s economy. However, a noticeable black-market presence has been reported according to surveyors. Commercial properties usually have a residential unit above them.

Aside from commercial and residential areas, Sun District is where the only hotel in Uppsampi is located. It’s also the only planned structure in the district. A small school at the left side of the highway serves the district, though most students attend the larger Uppsampi Elementary and Middle School.

The Fullscree Apartment Complex is an apartment complex located in Uppsampi. It's comprised of 4 tall apartment blocks towering over the surrounding landscape.

The Fullscree Apartment Complex is comprised of 8 buildings, of which:

* 4 are residential towers

** The residential towers are arranged in a group of 4, with each side facing one another. This is done to mimick a full-screen button, which is why the apartment complex is called "Fullscree". They are built in the Soviet style of apartment towers, with bright colors to hide the bleak nature of the actual buildings. Usually there's a smaller and shorter commercial building attached to these towers.

* 3 are commercial buildings

** Bank of Sampi: The Bank of Sampi building is a small bank designed to fit the needs of the local residents, and not the city as a whole; even though it's the only bank in the entire area. It's a small single story structure with additional features for advertisements and billboards.

** Sampi Internet Cafe: The Sampi Internet Cafe has several computers for gamers and non-gamers alike. It is one of the most popular gathering spots in the town, with tons of tourists coming here each year.

** Usampisi: The Usampisi convenience store is the only source of food that the residents of Fullscree have, however it stocks plenty amounts of fresh produce.
