However, ThatSillyGuyOwO was suspected largely of having specifically planned to home in on lime.owot, and lime.owot was told not to interact with TSG since he was suspected to be a "troll alt" or "larp alt".

After being exposed as [[Polonez]] by FP tracing his IP, d9eoead criticised lime.owot's potential for becoming a moderator of the OWoT website, saying that roleplaying with and letting his guard down to someone that turned out to be one of Polonez's alts showed that he was susceptible to manipulation, and therefore unfit for a moderation role.

lime.owot refuted this claim, saying that he did suspect that TSG was not who he said he was, showing multiple points as to how he worked to verify TSG's identity and correct his indecent behaviour, but d9 was still heavily against him being a moderator, pointing out that he still roleplayed and formed a relationship with him (which is still ongoing to this day, despite the reveal that TSG was Polonez).
