They had initially planned to create an alignment chart using the data, but then decided that it would be better suited for an OWOT users tier list.

ChromicQuanta is a scripter who introduced replicators, scripts which scatter links of themselves throughout the entire canvas when clicked, so more links would get spammed whenever someone clicks on the script. ChromicQuanta also programs outside of OWOT, but has yet to make a long-term project. He isn't very active anymore.
