/jtpl has been locked down to prevent spam.

I said this on my own OWOT Discord:

@JTPL Things (a role for updates related to me, JanTechPL) The world /jtpl got a lockdown with users unable to type anything. Why? One reason:

PKK.

This notorious user has spammed /jtpl over 5 times, even attacking Spawn before, spamming "FU©K JTPL" on large amounts of coordinates.
