theawesomepikachu20, more commonly known as tap20, is a user who joined Our World of Text on 30 December 2019. He is the founder and mayor of Pika City and created the script for the Pika language (grammar, words, etc, still in progress).

He is also an active member, though doesn't really use his member abilities that much.
