Artman (AKA Artman215, Artman215798, etc.) was an user in OWOT, OWOP, and a member of OWOP's countrysim.
Artman is the founder of /war, but he abandoned it for happyworld392 to take over after a bit of frustration with the rules. Artman did make a more simplified spin-off of it as {{owoturl|wars2}, but both /wars and /wars2 became completely inactive.
