The Original Fandom Wiki is a Fandom wiki about Our World of Text.
History
On March 12, 2019, an unofficial wiki page was created for OWOT by user happyworld392[1]. Dozens of pages have been created over the years, some dedicated to users and others dedicated to well-known landmarks within the main page. Empty or vague pages make up a significant portion of already existing pages.
Migration to Mediawiki
The decision to migrate to a self-hosted MediaWiki instance was made on January 17, 2023, as a result of general dissatisfaction with Fandom among the Our World of Text administrators and its community. Coincidentally, this migration happened shortly after JunoTehPlanet made a Wikipedia article on OWOT.[2]
